About fees

Clear, fixed-fee pricing on many services, prompt turnaround times, and advice delivered in English, French or Arabic.

Costs for your matter will be discussed during your free initial consultation. A formal Costs Disclosure and Agreement will be provided before any work is undertaken, so you’ll know exactly what to expect — no surprises.

  • Matters are typically billed on an hourly or fixed-fee basis, depending on the complexity and scope of work.

  • All estate planning matters are offered on a fixed-fee basis — so you’ll know exactly what to expect from the outset.

  • Most family law matters are fixed fee, unless they become more complex or require extended involvement — in which case I’ll let you know upfront.

  • Immigration matters are charged on a fixed-fee basis, tailored to your application type and level of support required.

  • In some matters, additional fees may apply — but I’ll always discuss these with you in advance. These may include:

    • Disbursements (e.g. court filing fees, ASIC searches, title searches, translation services)

    • Urgent turnaround or after-hours assistance, if requested

    • Additional work beyond the original scope, such as unexpected negotiation or redrafting

    You’ll never receive a surprise bill — all fees are confirmed before proceeding.
